All payments are processed securely through our platform. Nearby charges a service fee for facilitating transactions. Hosts receive payment minus applicable fees. Refund policies are clearly stated at the time of booking.
While we strive to ensure a safe platform, users participate at their own risk. We recommend that all users maintain appropriate insurance coverage. Nearby is not liable for damages, theft, or other incidents that may occur during parking arrangements.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior. Users may also delete their accounts at any time through their profile settings.
